An event is what you create in Programleaf — a wedding, service, or conference, with its own title, description, and venue. Every event has one program: its schedule, the ordered sections and items guests see — the digital equivalent of a printed program booklet. Guests view it on their own devices via a shared link or QR code — no app required.
Live Control is the real-time broadcast feature. While your event is running, you highlight the current item and it instantly updates on every guest's screen. You can also send announcements that appear as a banner across all connected viewers.
Yes. Both the host dashboard and the guest viewer are fully responsive. Guests do not need an account or app — they open the link in any mobile browser.
You share a link, QR code, or access code. Guests open the link in a browser — no login required. If the event is invitation-only, guests click the link in their invitation email.
Yes. Published events can still be edited. Changes are saved immediately but guests won't see updated content until you save again. Going live with a published event activates real-time highlighting.
There are two plans: Free and Standard. See the Plans & pricing page for a full comparison.
