What Canva does well
Canva offers a huge template library for event programs, strong typographic control, branding kits, illustrations, and a very capable free tier. If maximum creative freedom and highly stylized designs are the priority — whether for a printed order of service, gala menu, or graduation booklet — Canva is often the stronger choice.
