Your central hub for managing all programs and catalogs.
The Dashboard has two tabs: Outlines (your programs) and Catalogs. Programs are shown as cards sorted by creation date. The dashboard loads more programs as you scroll — click Load more at the bottom to fetch additional pages.
The + New Outline button in the top-right corner opens the program creation flow.
The dashboard refreshes automatically when you switch back to its tab, so changes made in editor tabs (new items, published status) are reflected without a manual reload.
Each program card shows:
Action buttons are shown directly on each card. The available actions depend on the program's current status.
Publish makes the program visible to guests. Unpublish returns it to draft state — existing share links will show "not found" until it is republished.
Opens the program editor. Use the tab bar at the top to switch between Edit, Design, Invitations, and Manage.
Opens the guest-facing program page in a new tab. Shows View for published programs and Preview for drafts.
Opens the Live Control panel in a new tab. The pulsing dot indicates the program is currently live.
Send the program to another Programleaf user. Enter their username or email — they will see it in their Incoming Transfers section.
Program transfer is available on the Grand Event, Multi-Day Event, and Business plans.
Once a recipient has accepted your transfer, the program appears in the Transferred Out section at the top of your Outlines tab. Click Reclaim to take the program back to your account.
When another user sends you a program, it appears in the Incoming Transfers section at the top of your Outlines tab.
The Catalogs tab shows all catalogs you've created. Catalogs are collections of programs that can be shared as a single browsable page.
Click + New Catalog to create one, or see the full guide at Catalogs.
Catalogs are available on the Grand Event plan (1 catalog), Multi-Day Event plan (1 catalog), and Business plan (unlimited). The Catalogs tab is hidden on other plans.
