HelpDashboard

Dashboard

Your central hub for managing all programs and catalogs.

Dashboard overview

The Dashboard has two tabs: Outlines (your programs) and Catalogs. Programs are shown as cards sorted by creation date. The dashboard loads more programs as you scroll — click Load more at the bottom to fetch additional pages.

The + New Outline button in the top-right corner opens the program creation flow.

ℹ️
Note

The dashboard refreshes automatically when you switch back to its tab, so changes made in editor tabs (new items, published status) are reflected without a manual reload.

Program cards

Each program card shows:

  • Title and short description
  • Program code — the unique identifier used in share links
  • Status badge — Published or Draft
  • Created date and Event date (if set)
  • Transfer status (if the program has been sent or received)

Action buttons are shown directly on each card. The available actions depend on the program's current status.

Card actions explained

Publish / Unpublish

Publish makes the program visible to guests. Unpublish returns it to draft state — existing share links will show "not found" until it is republished.

Customize

Opens the program editor. Use the tab bar at the top to switch between Edit, Design, Invitations, and Manage.

View / Preview

Opens the guest-facing program page in a new tab. Shows View for published programs and Preview for drafts.

Go Live Event+

Opens the Live Control panel in a new tab. The pulsing dot indicates the program is currently live.

Transfer Grand Event+

Send the program to another Programleaf user. Enter their username or email — they will see it in their Incoming Transfers section.

  • Cancel — appears on the card while a transfer is pending (before the recipient accepts). Withdraws the transfer request.
  • Return — appears on a card you received from another user. Sends it back to the original owner.
  • Reclaim — appears in the Transferred Out section once a recipient has accepted. Lets the original owner take the program back.

  2. Click Publish (for drafts) or Unpublish (for published programs) in the card actions.
