Your central hub for managing all events and catalogs.
The Dashboard has two tabs: Events (your events) and Catalogs. Events are shown as cards sorted by creation date. The dashboard loads more events as you scroll — click Load more at the bottom to fetch additional pages.
The New Event button in the top-right corner opens the event creation flow.
The dashboard refreshes automatically when you switch back to its tab, so changes made in workspace tabs (new items, published status) are reflected without a manual reload.
Each event card shows:
Clicking anywhere on a card (except a button) opens the event's guest-facing page. Action buttons are shown directly on each card. The available actions depend on the event's current status and your plan.
Publish makes the event visible to guests. Unpublish returns it to draft state — existing share links will show "not found" until it is republished.
Opens the event workspace. Use the tab bar at the top to switch between Program, Design, Invitations, and Manage.
Opens the Live Control panel in a new tab. The pulsing dot indicates the event is currently live.
Click the QR icon next to the status badge to display the event's QR code. Guests can scan it to open the event on their device. The QR code links directly to the event's share URL.
Permanently transfer the event to another Programleaf user. Enter their username or email — they will see it in their Incoming Transfers section and can accept or decline. Once accepted, ownership transfers permanently and cannot be reversed.
Duplicate and Merge are available on the Standard plan.
Creates an exact copy of an event as a new draft. The duplicate includes all program items and design settings. It counts toward your monthly event limit.
Combines the program items from two events into a new draft event. The original events are not modified — a new merged event is created.
If the combined item count would exceed your plan's per-event limit, the merge is blocked. Reduce the item count in one of the events first.
Event transfer is available on the Standard plan.
Transfers are permanent. Once the recipient accepts, ownership changes and cannot be reversed.
You can cancel a transfer at any time before the recipient accepts it.
When another user sends you an event, it appears in the Incoming Transfers section at the top of your Events tab.
If another Programleaf user has added you as a collaborator on one of their events, a Collaborations section appears at the top of your Events tab — above your own events.
Each collaboration card shows the event title, a purple role badge (e.g. editor, registrar), and action buttons that match exactly what your role permits:
For more on managing collaborators and role permissions, see Sharing & Collaboration.
The Catalogs tab shows all catalogs you've created. Catalogs are collections of programs that can be shared as a single browsable page.
Click + New Catalog to create one, or see the full guide at Catalogs.
Catalogs are available on the Standard plan (unlimited). The Catalogs tab is hidden on the Free plan.
