Customize colors, fonts, banner images, and the full visual style of your program.
Design features require the Event, Grand Event, Multi-Day Event, Pro, or Business plan. Free plan programs use the default style and cannot be customized.
The Controls panel is organized into three sections. Click any row to open that panel. You can also click directly on an element in the preview to open its relevant panel.
Apply a property across all text elements in one step â useful when you want a consistent alignment, text transform, font, or color scheme across the whole program without opening each panel individually.
Global Settings let you apply a single value to every text element at once. Open it from the top of the Controls nav, then click the Apply button next to each property to push it across all elements simultaneously.

Presets are curated combinations you can apply with one click, then fine-tune using the Custom panels.
#1a237e).Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background colors for readability, especially on mobile. Use dark text on light backgrounds and vice versa.
Depending on the element, you can control:
Keep to a maximum of 2 different font families for a polished look. A common pairing is a decorative heading font and a clean sans-serif body font.
Background images can significantly reduce readability. Always check the live preview before saving.
Generate a complete design theme in one click by describing your event type and preferences.
Be specific in your color preference â "soft blush pink and gold" will produce a much more targeted result than "nice colors".
All design changes are tracked in an undo history for the current session.
Undo history is lost when you close the tab. Your last saved design is always preserved.
The right side of the design editor shows a real-time preview of how your program looks to guests. The preview includes your actual program content rendered with your design choices applied.
Click directly on any element in the preview (title, description, date & venue line, section heading, item card, etc.) to jump straight to the relevant design panel.
