Programleaf has two paid plans — Standard and Premium — plus a Free plan to get started.
Subscribe to Standard or Premium directly from the Pricing page — checkout is handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Monthly Standard/Premium include a 30-day free trial for new accounts. If you have a voucher code (from a promotion or from Programleaf support), you can also redeem it from Account → Voucher; no card required.

† Standard & Premium: the counter resets on the monthly anniversary of your subscription date — not on the 1st of each calendar month. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your allowance renews on the 15th of each following month.
Free: the event counter resets monthly. AI creates do not reset — the 3 creates are a one-time lifetime allowance.

Everything in Standard, plus catalogs, event transfers, registration & check-in, the guest Help Center, and priority support — with larger quotas across the board (25 events/month, 2,500 guests, 40/100/40 AI suite, 15 collaborators per event). Available monthly ($149, with a 30-day free trial) or annually ($1,490 — 2 months free).
Vouchers are an alternative to checkout — typically used for promotions or extended access provided by Programleaf.

Standard and Premium are monthly (or annual) subscriptions billed through Paddle. Cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. See the Refund Policy for billing and cancellation details.
Free never expires.
If your access came from a voucher code, it expires on the date shown when it was activated. When it expires, your account reverts to Free — existing events are preserved, but you lose access to paid features (design, live control, AI tweaks) until you upgrade again.
You'll receive an email notification before a time-limited voucher expires. Standard and Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
