Open your registration list on any phone and scan a guest's pass — the same QR code they got by email when they registered. A confirmation shows their name and a "Checked in ✓" status instantly. Scan it twice and it says "Already checked in" instead of double-counting them.
The same list guests register into is searchable by name or email. Find them, tap "Check in," and they're marked attended — no QR code needed. Attendance counts update live, for anyone else watching the same list.
