Collaboration

Your vision.
Their exact role.
Full control.

Invite your team with precisely the access they need — nothing more, nothing shared.

The problem

Team coordination is where events go wrong.

Shared logins where anyone can delete or change anything

Scattered tasks across WhatsApp, email, and sticky notes

No clear record of who said what or what still needs doing

Vendors and guests seeing internal details they shouldn't

Role-Based Access

Nothing more.
Nothing less.

Ten roles. Each scoped to exactly what that person needs to do their job. Your data, your design, and your guest list stay protected.

Manager
Edit · Design · Invitations · Planner · Guestbook · Registry · Manage

Your right hand. Can handle almost everything except deleting or transferring the event.

Editor
Edit tab only

Updates content — titles, times, descriptions — without touching design or settings.

Designer
Design tab only

Handles colors, fonts, and layout. Can't touch the event content or guest list.

Planner
Planner tab only

Owns the logistics — run of show, vendors, checklist — without seeing invitations or design.

Co-host
Live Control only

Can operate the live session on the day — highlight items, send announcements — nothing else.

Registrar
Registry tab only

Scans QR codes and checks in guests at the door. Cannot change registration settings.

Protocol
Team tab only

Joins the collaboration channel for tasks and direct messages with the owner. No access to event content, design, or guest data.

MC
Team tab only — read-only

Follows the live agenda and Run of Show timing as the event happens, with space to jot their own coordination notes. Can't edit or control anything.

Vendor
Team tab only — tasks, messages, documents

For external caterers, AV teams, and other suppliers. Gets a task list, a message thread with the owner, and a space to exchange contracts and quotes. No visibility into the rest of the plan.

Helpdesk
Helpdesk tab + Team tab

Answers guest questions that come in through the poster and program page chat, plus the usual task list and messages with the owner. No access to event content, design, or guest data.

All roles are scoped to a single event. A collaborator on one event has no visibility into any of your other events.

Team Tab

Tasks. Messages.
One place per person.

Every team member gets their own card. As the organizer, you can assign specific tasks to each person — what needs to be done, with optional notes — and track completion without chasing anyone for an update.

Plan and Delegate are connected — assign a checklist item, vendor confirmation, or communication straight from the Planner, and it shows up as a task on that person's card. Check it off from either place and both stay in sync.

A direct message thread between you and each collaborator sits alongside their tasks. No group chat noise. No context lost in translation. Just a clear, private line to each person on your team.

  • Assign tasks with notes to individual members
  • Assign Planner items directly — checklist, vendors, communications, guest notes
  • Both you and the member can check tasks off
  • Direct message thread per member — private and persistent
  • Members see only their own tasks and messages

How It Works

Up and running in minutes.

1

Add a team member

Enter their username or email and choose a role. They get access immediately — scoped to exactly what that role allows.

2

Assign tasks

Open their card in the Team tab and add tasks with optional notes. They see exactly what needs doing, nothing more.

3

Stay in sync

Message directly. Track progress. Refresh for updates. Everything your event needs from your team — in one place, without the chaos.

Your team.
Finally organized.

Stop coordinating through group chats and shared spreadsheets. Add your team, assign their roles, and get your event moving.
