Once generated, everything is fully editable — add, remove, or rewrite anything by hand, and Programleaf won’t touch it again unless you ask it to.

Yes. You get a prioritized preparation checklist with time-horizon buckets, so you can track exactly what needs to be done and when. If you're planning with limited time left, the checklist adapts to what's actually achievable instead of pretending you have eight weeks when you have two, and tells you honestly what's realistic. Tasks also flag what they depend on, so you always know what to unblock first.

The Readiness Monitor gives you a clear score of how ready your event is, along with prioritized action items so you always know what to focus on next.

Yes. Smart Planner includes budget tools with priority tiers, vendor lists with confirmation tracking, and a categorized risk register (permit, insurance, weather, accessibility, and more). If you want the vendor themselves involved directly, the Vendor collaborator role gives them their own task list, message thread, and document space — scoped to just that, with no visibility into the rest of your plan.

Yes. There is private, instant direct messaging with each collaborator — messages arrive live the moment they’re sent, like a chat app built right into your event workspace, so coordination stays in one place instead of scattered across email or texts.

The MC role gives someone a live, read-only view of the Run of Show lined up against the actual event agenda, updating in real time as the event runs — with space to jot their own coordination notes on any item. An MC can't edit the program or control the live session; that stays with the owner, Manager, or Co-host.

The Vendor role is for external suppliers — caterers, AV teams, florists — who need to coordinate without seeing your full event. A Vendor gets their own task list, a private message thread with the owner, and a document space for exchanging contracts and quotes. No access to the guest list, budget, or the rest of the plan.

Yes. The Smart Locator gives guests a tap-to-navigate link to the venue via Google Maps.

Programleaf compares the live program against your planned Run of Show and, if something's running meaningfully late, shows a passive nudge — which item, how many minutes behind — with a one-tap jump straight to it. It only ever suggests; nothing advances on its own.

All connections run over encrypted HTTPS, and access to your event is controlled through role-based permissions and optional private-event settings, so only the people you invite can see it.
